Giving the ****ation its rightful 10% range per level bonus would not exactly be game breaking either, just fix the **** bonus so we can be happy.

Remote armor repair modules are not effected by the Armor repair systems skill on test server, it is supposed to give 5% reduction in duration of all armor/hull repair modules, on tranquility it currently does, it no longer does on the test server.

Currently on TQ remote armor repair systems are affected by the skill Armor repair systems, 5% duration reduction per level to armor/hull repair modules. On the test server, this skill does not effect the module, this is a direct nerf, bug or not...
